A customer loyalty program is a program run by capital hotel and spa that offers benefits to frequent customers. Those benefits may be in the form of discounts, rebates, free services, or other promotions. An effective customer loyalty program rewards our customers who buy services on a regular basis, encouraging the customer to return frequently.

Points Valuations
Capital hotel and spa loyalty program will be rewarding based on points collected from each spending in eligible services with each market segments point minimum amount of spending(points collected ) and maximum number of points eligible for rewarding.
