Our Group Fitness studio is equipped with the most up-to-date equipment and sound systems to enhance your experience. Capital Wellness instructors are all certified and eager to assist all members regardless of their fitness level and experience. We offer over 30 group classes per week across a range of disciplines.

1.Group Cycling

Group Cycling is an indoor cycling workout where you can ride to the rhythm of driving music. Encouraged by an inspiring coach, cyclists are challenged to take on all sorts of landscapes and terrains - flat roads, mountain peaks and hills.

2.High/Low (Hi/Lo)

The High/Low aerobics program is designed to increase your heartbeat rate and improve oxygenation throughout your body. The program combines traditional, low-impact aerobic movements with higher impact strength-training movements to create a comprehensive fitness workout that supports heart health and weight loss.

3.Step

Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform. The movements are usually accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, upper body and cardiovascular system.

4.Tae-bo

Tae-Bo is a program inspired by Taekwondo and Boxing, and is an empowering exercise which totally unleashes your power and strength. Supported by a skilled instructor, you can strike, kick and punch your way to superior fitness and strength.

5.Body Toning

Body Toning is a program designed to strengthen your entire body using weights and bars. Great music, inspiring instruction and weights designed for your strength and fitness level are provided, meaning that you can achieve the results you came for and fast.

6.Cardio Boxing

Cardio Boxing is a high impact, fat burning workout, choreographed to the latest music for an exhilarating exercise session. Cardio Boxing targets the upper and lower body, and delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

7.Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a program designed to provide a workout and/or facilitate movement in a non-impact setting. The benefits of the program include the reduction of injuries, and improved balance and physical strength.

Group Fitness Classes are complimentary for all members aged 14 and above. Special classes for adult and younger members are also available with a nominal fee. Schedules and class descriptions are available at the Front Desk.
